We work with leaders and teams in purpose led, knowledge based organisations - from founder led businesses to global networks.

These are human critical, high pressure environments where complexity has become the norm. Our work supports leaders to think more clearly, strengthen relationships, and make decisions that actually have impact.

This is about leadership that is sustainable, grounded, and authentic - not performative.

Working with nature is central to how we do this.

Creating the conditions for whole human leadership

What’s really going on

In many organisations, leadership challenges aren’t caused by a lack of skill or commitment. They emerge from context, pace, pressure, roles, relationships, and expectations colliding over time.

When there is no protected space to think, reflect, and recalibrate, leadership becomes fragmented. Urgency crowds out perspective. Teams cope, but the human cost rises quietly until something gives.

This isn’t a failure of resilience. It’s what happens when leadership is expected to function without the conditions it needs to work well.

How we work

We create space for leaders and teams to think, feel, and lead without having to split parts of themselves off to cope.

We work at the intersection of leadership, systems, and the human experience holding individuals while also working with the organisational context they are embedded in. We don’t fix people or apply off the shelf frameworks. We help leaders slow the work down just enough to see what is really happening, reconnect as whole humans, and lead in ways that are more sustainable and grounded.

If something needs to shift

If you’re carrying a lot, or you’re worried about a team or individual who is and you’re quietly aware that something needs to shift, it may be time to create some space.

Often what’s needed isn’t more effort, but perspective, containment, and the right kind of support.

Ways to Work Together

The work is always bespoke and shaped around the organisational context. Depending on what’s needed, this can include:

  • One to one executive coaching
Supporting senior leaders carrying significant responsibility who need protected space to think, feel, and lead more sustainably.

  • Team and leadership team coaching
Working with intact teams where pace, pressure, or change has begun to fragment communication, trust, or shared responsibility.

  • Neurodiversity informed leadership coaching and training
Supporting leaders and teams to better understand difference in thinking, sensing, communication, and energy and to design ways of working that are inclusive, human, and effective by default rather than adapted after the fact.

  • Leadership away days combining corporate volunteering
Well held spaces for senior teams to step out of the day to day, slow the work down, and address what really matters beneath the surface.

  • Bespoke retreats
Intensive one to one or small group work designed to create the conditions for deep thinking, recalibration, and whole human leadership.

Some of this work happens indoors. Some of it happens outdoors, including retreats in the Ashdown Forest, where we are the only executive coaching business licensed to work. The environment is not an add on it is part of how the conditions for thinking, regulation, and perspective are created.

Where the work benefits from it founder Emma Thorp collaborates with a small, carefully chosen group of associate coaches and facilitators. Emma remains closely involved in the design and oversight of all engagements to ensure depth, consistency, and alignment.
